Photo taken recently shows children playing with shadow puppets during a shadow play experience activity in the Kunshan Chinese Opera Museum. The activity was held to offer children an opportunity to learn more about the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
Shadow puppetry, also known as shadow play, is a traditional Chinese art form with a history of more than 2,000 years, which has been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
