Suzhou’s 4 county-level cities, i.e. Kunshan, Zhangjiagang, Changshu, and Taicang, ranked first, second, sixth, and seventh respectively on the list of China’s Top 10 counties for the development of industrial internet, according to the County Industrial Internet Development Indexes which were released for the first time on Apr. 26 at the 4th Digital China Summit held in Fuzhou of southeastern China’s Fujian province.
Kunshan, which took the crown as the most competitive county in China in terms of industrial internet, boasts 83 provincial-level demonstration smart workshops, 85 municipal-level demonstration smart workshops, 3 provincial-level demonstration smart factories, 1 municipal-level demonstration smart factories, and 5 provincial-level smart manufacturing service providers. It has 209 provincial star-level cloud enabled enterprises and 9 provincial-level industrial Internet demonstration enterprises.
